Brokers who deal with sub-prime lenders?

Can anybody recommend a Broker in the Roscommon/Longford area who deals with the sub-prime lenders?

Also, are GE Money and Start Mortgages the only sub-prime lenders operating in Ireland?

Finally, is it possible to appoach the sub-prime lenders personally, i.e without going through a Broker?

I would be very grateful for any replies to these queries...
