We re in process of buying a house and are expecting to sign contract in the next week. I had informed our financial adviser that we want a fixed interest rate for first few years. However when I received copy of loan pack today it states that its variable interest rate.... are we stuck with this now or is it possible to change interest rate to fixed without delaying the purchase ?
