Hope i word this correctly! My ex wife and I have just signed contracts on sale of our family home, split 50/50(house sale agreed since Feb!!). Have a wee prob in that house needs retention re patio doors, application has just gone in but purchaser has stated that sale wont close til retention received by them.(we suggested that they sign now and close in 4 weeks,they could hold back €10k until retention received,they refused this offer)
I have a booking deposit down on a house cost €255000, signing contracts next week to pay remaining 10%.Have mortgage approval for €180000 from bank. My problem is that can i get bridging on foot of above as new house is ready in Mid August,dont want to loose this house. Any financial gurus there to remedy my prob.
