We were hoping to extend our house to the side, we are waiting for the architect to get back to us to start things up.
We have a side entrance that gets wider from front to back of hthe house, there is a boundry wall and on the other side is just a large grass area where kids kick ball. Can we build onto the wall and as we will be loosing the side entrance could we put a side door out the wall for access, I know this would be all subject to planning permission but wondered if it has been done, cause the extension would not be square cause of the angle is that possible too. I don't even know is it possible to get permission for 2 storey extension . We looked at our opotions and if we were to move it would be hugely more expensive in the long run and have the house for the most part sorted. Need extra space in upstairs bedrooms for kids and kitchen is very tight. Thanks in advance for your help.
