I’m writing this as I am getting greatly concerned about Energy Company I am dealing with called BG Heat. ( Bord Gais Heat)
My back-story is I recently moved into the IFSC, Customer Hse Square development and all going well then this bill came in the post.
I moved in over a month ago and got my first bill for a 3 week period (16th June-10 July). And it came to €664.60 and that was an estimated bill.

During this time I say I have had the heating on 30 mins in morning to heat water and that’s it. Never once put on rad’s during my time there
I initial thought simple mistake but as I tried to ring them /email them no answer, I began to get worried as DD is due to come out in few days
I then did quick Google search and there are a few trends on Boards.ie and apparently this crowd are not really associated with Bord Gais even though the person I was dealing with had a Bordgais.ie email address. Also there seems to be a huge problem within the development and over charging.
Has anyone ever had dealing with this crowd, as i said before as i tried to get to get to the bottom of this, I inital thought it was simple mistake but the more I read up, the more worried I am becoming?...or am !
Is there a regulator for this CIR? ,
Does anyone know anyone living in IFSC and had similar problems?
