In the process of buying a house and the solicitor has needed to qualify the title due to the area not being taken in charge by the local council. No concerns there, the same house was sold in 2022 and same qualification existed. What I’m wondering is the typical turnaround from BOI on these requests? My solicitor submitted it three weeks tomorrow. Bank holiday weekend in the middle probably hasn’t helped either. It’s the final hurdle before exchanging contracts.
