I need some advice please. I invested 15k in BOI's Property Smartfund in Nov 2006. No surprise that it's currently down to 11.1k. I may need the money within the next 18 months, so am thinking of withdrawal. Questions:
1) Withdraw now or not, what would you do?
2) They (customer service on phone) say it could take 6 months to complete withdrawal, but I can't find this anywhere in T&C. Is this right/normal/acceptable, and if not what steps should I take?
