Bleach spots on laminate flooring - help please!

Hi
Some bright spark at home was hand washing and spilt a strong solution of hot water and Bold detergent on to the laminate floor - now we have lighter splotches scatttered around.

Does anyone know of any way of disguising this? Its not in an area you could throw a rug over it and I can't afford to replace the flooring till next year.

Hoping against hope someone has a tip for me.

That doesn't sound. A possible fix might be Murphy's oil, but depending on how strong the bleach was, the damage could be permanent. You might also try asking at the laminate flooring forum : http://laminateflooring.gig8.com.

I suppose I'd get Murphy's oil in Woodie's? The stains arent bad, but noticeable, esp to me!! I did look there at woodstains, but I havent a clue so backed off sharpish, would probably do even more damage!
