Blackberry Questions pls

I have changed the setting on my blackberry to reflect automagic signature - saying "This message was sent from a blackberry device" but unfortunately this still does not appear on my emails which I sent from my blackberry?
Any ideas why this is happening please?

you need to switch off your phone and allow it to reboot and it should show then but only the receiver will see this!
