Black windows what colour window boards

Hi - I have black internal windows what colour window boards would you advise to go for, internal doors I am thinking walnut and white skirting, suggests please (new build, modern interior) thks
 
I agree, white gloss would look great with the black, very clean and crisp. And also if your skirting is going to be white.
 
I have black windows, with white gloss window boards and they look fab.

The only thing I find is that in the rooms where the wee ones are they get a bit grubby and mark easily.

I also have white skirting but have oak doors
 
off white. Black and brilliant white can look very stark. Have went with barley white for all wooden trim and think it looks much better. Also find this colour easier for matching. Just an opinion though. No rights or wrongs with choosing colours, just preferences.
