BIK Query for form 12

Does anyone know where to post BIK on the form 12

I think it is in section 5 or 6.

If you have taken a loan that year of say 10k, and a car paying say 3-4k per year, how is this noted in the form12?

Any BIK should be included in your Form P60 by your employer, so there is no need to show separately.
