BIK on fuel card

Part of my package in work is a fuel card even though I don't have a company car. The company has an agreed price with the fuel company and they get a rebate each month for the difference between the pump price and the agreed price.

At the moment I am paying BIK on the value of the fuel that I get it for at the pump. Is this correct or can I argue that I should be paying BIK on the lower price seen as the company get refunded the difference each month?
