BIK on a commercial Vehicle

Hi, I wanted to get some views on BIK on a commercial Vehicle which has back seats? It will be taxed and DOEd as a commercial but I am wondering what the BIK implications are
The company will be allowed claim back the vat as it is fully classed as a commercial Vehicle for vat reasons etc.
