Dont worry! There is a fire sale in the stock market now. Whatever you do, do not put it on deposit as you will miss the eventual upturn. We now are concerned that we are behind the pack again in using our savings.
Timing the market is a mug's game.Dont worry! There is a fire sale in the stock market now. Whatever you do, do not put it on deposit as you will miss the eventual upturn.
Yes especially now as valuations so attractive. Financial Times had a very interesting article recently where they reported yield crossover of the dividend yield of ftse100 and five year gilts rates. This has only happened twice in 50 years and both times the market rallied strongly thereafter. Who knows? No one!And yet you seem to be suggesting that now is the "right" time to get in?
time to get into the market. there are lots of indicators to prove this
I don't disagree with you on that point. It is always the right time to get in if you have the $$ and you don't need it for 5-7 years plus!
