Best way to Repair a Bean Bag

I recently bought a bean bag for an outdoor kennel for my 2 puppies. Its made of a strong nylon/vinyl type cover but they have managed to chew through it (a 6 inch hole in the corner) and the beans are spilling out.

Please could anyone advise on how I could go about repairing this as it's ideal for the dogs - or is there another type of cover I could put over the existing one.

It will be very hard to get something that 2 pups won't be able to chew through.

I would be concerned that they might swallow some of the contents and this may be dangerous for them.

You may be able to recover and use when they have gotten over the puppy/chewing stage.
