Hi, I have apartment in south Dublin, what is the best way to advertise this as a short term letting. Are there any good websites? All suggestions welcome.
I have used it before with alot of success. We rented out rooms years ago, and one thing I can say about anyone we got from gumtree, "they were not mad!".. Sounds daft, but we came across some very difficult tennants in our time! None of whom came from gumtree...
