Best Small Business Bank and Best Overdraft Rates?

Hi all,

I am in the process of starting my own business and I want to open a business bank account. I own my house mortgage free and I want to use it as security for an overdraft. I will be looking for an approx. €250,000 overdraft facility. I have a couple of questions:

1) What current account (bank) do you think I should use?
2) What bank offers the best overdraft rate at the moment?

A bank wont take your house as security against an overdraft on a business account unless its a pup/bar & you live over it.
