Best performing AVC

My AVCs are with two different companies i.e. Hibernian (paying through Marsh for the last 5 yrs) and Canada life (just started - paying lump sum at end of year). Does anyone know if there any tables accessible online to show how each company performs. Someone told me Eagle Star AVCs have done better over the last 10 years than others. Is it possible to instruct a company such as Marsh to change my AVCs to another provider or do I have to stay with the company they pick?

Try www.rubiconic.ie and look up "Tools" for some past performance data. See also www.finfacts.ie but remember that past performance is not a guide to future returns.

You can suggest to your employer to request an additional fund choice (e.g. Eagle Star) to be made available to you for your AVCs. They in tuen can request this of Marsh. But there's no obligation.
