Best palce to change sterling to euro??

Hi,

Am going to Dublin later on this month and I am just wondering where the best place to change sterling to euro is?

Is it better to order it from the post office or travelex before you go or should i bring sterling cash with me and change it to Euro's in Dublin?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
