Best option/value for financing MBO?

I am just entering negotiations with some colleagues for an Management Buy Out.
Amount required € 70k to €100k

What are the best options for financing and who should I approach?

My bank First Active have told me remortgaging is not possible for this purpose.

Any ideas would be a great help.
