best new kitchens

i am thinking of changing my existing kitchen and i am wondering if anyone out there could recommend the best place to go fo new kitchens... ikea/B&Q/cash & carry??
i'm also changing the layout does this pose a problem??

ah ok im down the west, cash and carry have had some grreat reviews and there is no probs with doin a new lay out they as far as i know do a free drawings for you , the is also a company called in-house,
