best financial institution for consolidating debt loan?

hi there,
We are thinking of consolidating 3 large loans into loan and possibly our credit card too.
Just wondering who are the best banks etc to go to for debt consolidation loans ??
Would need to borrow circa 63k . Ans would want to pay it off as soon as possible maybe over 5 years ?

I recently found halifax to be the best for interst rates and it was no hassle to get an unsecured loan from them.

I am not sure if Halifax is still the best around now !
