Best Brand strimmer

Just bought a Ryobi 26cc from woodies a few weeks ago for €150. Great bit of kit now I have the hang of starting it. I can detach the strimmer and clip on accessories like a Rotavator, chainsaw etc. Its called the "expand it" range so has multiple uses.

In fact I used one of these to clear a heavily overgrown site entrance last weekend which included cutting down trees with the chainsaw attachment. Feels very safe as well as the saw is 4 feet away from you. Pics on the house build blog of the overgrown entrance.

I went for the battery operated strimmer (Black and Decker).
Its excellent, and can turn strimmer head to do edging.

Only downside is that battery runs out a little too quick but you would easily get an hour out of it

Have an Active 3.0 2 stroke petrol which I use a lot and is pretty good also the line reloading is very easy you just have to tread it through the head and then wind it onto it reel.
