Benefit in kind??

I just want to know if vehicles used by corporation employees at the weekends are benefits in kind or not, ie the corporation vehicle is used all weekend for shopping etc and in the evenings during the week for personal use? Perhaps someone could have an explanation for this or tell me where I could get this information.
