Due to the untimely passing of the executor to an estate shortly after probate was taken out, furthur deeds of administration were taken out and the two beneficiaries to the will were appointed as joint executors/administrators. A disagreement subsequently arose about how some of the assets should be distributed. In a case like this, perhaps its unusual, I dont know, but who would make the ultimate dicision on how the assets are distributed ?
