Belfast

Anybody noticed the huge increase in Belfast property prices over the last couple of years? The 2005 figures for the North as a whole have just been released and show an appreciation of 23%; indeed, the jump in prices of terraced houses was 28%. As somebody who began investing in the Belfast market a couple of years ago I am delighted I avoided the temptation to invest abroad. This market is one that is set to grow.
