Am in the market for an investment property, max budget is 381, looking for preferably a 2 bed, close enough to the city but also to local shops, could anyone recommend anywhere more suitable than Beaumont (cant even spell it) on the northside, as its an investment property I’ll have to pay stamp duty so not interested in buying off plans.
Premier square looks ok but I think its kinda isolated, while I wouldn’t be too keen on the estates up around clare hall and darndale
