Barcode sticker peeling off Wheelie Bin

I signed up with City Bin recently and I noticed that the barcode sticker is peeling off all the bins.

Looking around at neighbours bins, some still have the sticker, some don't. So maybe it's not a big deal.

But how are my bins associated with my customer account \ address? Is there some other identifier on the bins?

There is an RFID tag embedded within the bin, the trucks have scanners that read the tags by the lift mechanism.
