Also when I asked for a full record of my dealings with BOI at that earlier time through the data request process I didn't get a full set of records. They also said my earlier redress didn't exist which was just incredible... as I keep everything recorded particularly when I am asked to sign anything saying I give up my right to further compensation etc. So not a shock that staff were treated that way too.
