Hi Everyone!! Just wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about the following. What has happened before is if there is no money or not enough money in my account and a direct debit is presented then there is a charge of €5 for letting the DD go through. No problem with that part. But one day they charged me the €5 for letting it go through, then bounced it and charged me €15 for it being returned unpaid. So my DD didn’t get paid and I got charged 2 different charges on the ones transaction!! Should that happen?
