Bank (boi) insisting on Form 11s for mortgage approval

Hello :)
We are in last stage of mortgage approval. My husband is self employed in his own company with 2 other partners. We have submitted the company's tax clearance cert, audited accounts and the company's 22 and 23 -- Revenue Assessment Chapter 4 of Part 41A TCA 1997
However they bank is also seeking the 22 and the 23 Form 11.
However we cant find on revenue portal.

Great if someone can kindly advise

The Form 11 would be on your husband's ROS account, not the company's, in case you're looking in the wrong place.
 
Form 11's filed for me by my accountant don't appear on my own Revenue Record. So that's another possible reason you can't find them.

Yes the form11 is not on my husband's revenue or on the company account.
I will check with our accountant

I have already supplied the chapter 4s and a trial balance for 22 and 23. But they are saying the form 11s are also required.
Are accountants able to download the form11s from their Revenue access?

Whoever filed the form will be able to get it from their ROS account. If everything else fails, you can ask revenue to send you a copy of the details.
