Balcony Decking

I was wondering if someone can advise me about balcony decking. I have had nothing but problems with mine (new build 3 years old). It is softwood, the planks are cracked, warped and lifting.

I would like to replace the whole lot and would appreciate any advice/recommendations for this job.

Any advice on where to get started/recommended tradesmen would be appreciated.
 
Could you put artificial grass on it.
Composite deck might work if the joists can support it
