Balance transfer credit cards

The 0% balance transfer credit cards seem like an excellent way to access interest free credit for those that are diligent.

Say you have 20,000 euro personal loan. Can you get the avant credit card. Get a 0% money transfer for 20,000. Pay off your loan. And then after the 12 month interest free period do a balance transfer to An Post for another year and close your Avant credit card. Then after the An Post interest free period, open another Avant credit card, 0% balance transfer and rinse and repeat?

Risk is obviously being refused the credit card or cessation of the 0% offers but if that happens you can just take out a loan again for the remaining balance.

Obviously requires some active management but seems like a way to finance something like a car interest free.

Do many credit cards do a credit limit of €20K?
Probably a lot still about, a legacy of the tiger era, mine on a platinum used to be 16k but waa reduced to 12k during the recession.

Still at 12k but being a bad consumer, I've never hit the target and fall well short every month.
