bad smell in kitchen when toilet flushed

Can anyone help me please.When the toilet is flushed in the bathroom we get a very bad smell in the kitchen which is directly beneath the bathroom, I have tried parazone,jeyes fluid and a few other disinfectants,but to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably the hardest thing to find the fault for I.E smells. you will need to contact a plumber to carry out an inspection of your waste water system.

Would you have a wall vent in the kitchen? And would your stink pipe be near it on the outside wall? It is a new or old house?

I dont have a wall vent in the kitchen but the waste pipe is about 4 foot from the window, though it doesn't matter if the window is open or closed the smell is there.The house was built in the late 30s.
