My wife is starting a 1 year hairdressing course in a nearby college in September.She is a stay at home Mum,looking after our 4 kids and recieves no SW payments at all.I am in fulltime employment earning €39k a year and we recieve €111 FIS per week.I was wondering is there any grants or allowances that she might be entitled to?
