Just wondering if a person who qualifies for the Back to Education Allowance next Sept.will have to pay the Registration fees. If one completed 1 year previously at college. Do the full fees have to be paid as well as registration fees?

As it stands at the moment (unless the govt change things!) you have to pay the reg fees. If the year to be commenced is at the same level as the year completed before, eg yr 1 of a level 8 degree, then you do have to pay tuition fees for repeating a year at the same level, if it was within the last 5 years.
