B1 Form Query

Hi All

Not sure if in the right forum for this but here goes.

I am one of 6 directors in a newly formed company. However the B1 form only has room for 3. Is there an addendum or how do I resolve this?

Photocopy the page for the Directors, so you can add as many as you like.
