Awaiting rent lodgement from Tenant. How long should I give her before phoning up?

First time landlord here and the 2nd month rent is due on Sunday into my account. Given that banks are closed that day, how long should I wait for the tenant to lodge the dosh before I make contact? Tuesday evening, Wednesday? Just considering worst case scenario!

It should be in Monday id not I'd ring first thing Tues to see why. I know from my days renting if there was ever a problem with late rent - which happened about twice in my 7 yrs renting - I would always have contacted the landlord first.

Well they know what day the rent is supposed to be in by dont they.
So ring the day after its due.
Given that its a Sunday they should be well capable of finding out what day they need to lodge it for it to be in by the next working day. So if its not there Monday, Call them on Monday.

I'd be on the phone on Monday. If there was nothing there by Tues they'd be given notice immediately.
