Average price per sq metre

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project and I am trying to research the following:

Average price for a house (new & second hand) per m2
Average price for an apartment (new & second-hand) per m2
Average annual rent per m2.

to compund matters I am seeking these figures for Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford cities as well as National figures. I also need these figures for 2004 and 2006/2007.

Any idea as to how I could source these variables above? I know Daft have the quarterly rent report bu they have rent prices by bedrooms as opposed to m2. So what I would need is to get the average size of a house and apratment in these cities and equate it to how many bedrooms that house/apartment may have. but I find locating this information difficult to find.

Howe about any of the agencies, Lisney, HOK, CBRE?

The insurance companies/overseeing body used to publish rebuilding costs by location so perhaps may be worth a try.
