Average cost of laying wooden floor

Hey,

I'm a fitter and these are my prices :
Laminate E10/yd2
Semi solid E14.50/yd2
Solid E20.00 (E25 /yd2 if subfloor needs fitting)

Extras :Skirting E35/Room
Scotia E20/Room
Brass door fittings E12.00 ea
Solid door fittings E16.00
Moisture barrier E1.00/yd2
Pipe collars E8/pair (solid ones)
Quote & moisture test FOC

+ vat @ 13.5 %

Think these are about average but have seen some cracking quotes recently
 
Are ya familiar with the finger joint solid floor? Manufacturers reccommend that it is floated rather than secret nailing etc... how much does it cost to lay it?
 
Very familiar with installing this type of floor.E16.00/yd2 to install this type of floor.I use rachet clamps to install this type and get great results.

Is it single strip or double strip f/jointed ??
