AVCs refund if less that 2 years in pension scheme

Looking for some advice here. I was with Company A for 18months and was then made redundent. Am I entitled to take a refund of my AVC's from the pension subject to marginal rate of tax. I did this in previous company X but was wondering if that was just T&C of that specific scheme.

Yes, you'd be entitled to a refund of contributions (or the value of the AVCs) less 20% tax
