Hello,
I have a question of a AVC to PRSA.
I paid out of my Bank Account in December 2023 The paperwork/statement from Standard Life is dated payment received January 2024.
Does it form part of Tax Return 2023 when it was paid? (December 2023)

Yes, it can be counted as a contribution to your PRSA for 2023. In fact, you could pay into it for 2023 up to 31st October, 2024.
