Do you have a multimeter you could check the battery voltage with? A fully charged battery should read between 12.2-12.7 volts, 11.9 and below is a flat/dead battery.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10mins plus and seeing does that help reset things?
Also displays move steering wheel and wheel moves freely so lost for ideas

Checked and all correct, tksDoes your car require Adblue and if so what level is it at?

Update of issueMy Audi A4 has for 2nd time in 5 days showed Safe on dashboard display and 1st time car would not start. It is a post button ignition and 1st time it happened it then started 40 minutes later. Happened again outside my house and sdisplays Safe on dashboard.
