Want to get an attic ladder and flooring installed in the attic. Noticed a couple of ads in the Northside news so decided to call them. The first guy was all chat and said no problem and would call me back the following day to arrange an appointment to visit the job. Next day came and went - no phone call. I called again and left a message for him to call me - yet again no call. He eventually called back 4 days later and had no recollection of ever speaking to me - needless to say didn't inspire confidence so told him to forget it. I then rang another ad and yet again was promised a follow up call the follow day but yet again no call. Very frustrating.
Are things so good in the building sector that these guys can afford to ignore potential jobs - I thought there was a downturn in the building industry!!!!
