Attic conversions in Cork

I want to convert my attic but i'm not sure where to start. Can anyone recommend any companies that deal with attic conversions in the cork area. What sort of price are companies charging just converting attic about 200sqft no ensuite.. and stairs obviously??

Busteed Attic Conversions are excellent, very professional, no messing about in and out in 10days and they did a top quality job, ours cost about 20k that was last August so not sure what they are charging now, you can probably get a cheaper job done but I've heard people doing this and having lots of probs after....it's a fantastic space well worth getting done...good luck!

There are still a few cowboys operating in the attic conversion area in Cork. A friend of mine had his done and they laid the new attic floor on the original ceiling joists and now he's afraid it's going to cave in some day.

Whoever you go with, take a look at some of their previous work and also talk to past clients before you decide on who's going to do it.
