I presume you sent in a tax return or medical expenses claim to Revenue. If so they do random checks on returns which they call an "assurance check" it is basically a desk audit of the info in the return. You are claiming back tax paid on your P60 and they want to see that the tax was paid. Not much of a deal if the P60 and the return match. Don't worry its routine enough.
