Health Insurance Are some plan better depending on where you live.

Would anyone have done research on whether there is a point in paying for top level of cover (HighTech). I.e. What are the chances of going to a Private Hospital in Dublin when living in Limerick especially as there is a new Cardiac Centre in the Regional Hospital and Orthopedic ops are generally done in the public hospital in Croom.
