are many people considering selling up to rent?

I know there was a thread about it I'm just wondering if many people are considering it as I'm mulling over it myself.
 
personally i can't justify renting.its money you'll never ever see again
 
maybe, but to rent for about 1200 a month is 14,400 a year and prices could drop by a lot more than that if/when they go. I was thinking sell now and invest the profit to buy again when prices fall.
 
I don't see the need for another thread given that one already exists.
