Are customers from NI included in the tracker review?

The mortgage was taken in the north for a property in the north in northern currency, but same thing happened and wondering does it cover a tracker sold by a company operating bothe north and south as some correspondence from the bank had been signed by their head of mortgage operations in the south of Ireland

The Central Bank and Ombudsman do not cover Northern Ireland.

But if you were denied a tracker in the North, then complain to the bank and then to the Financial Ombudsman in the UK.

But the mortgage contracts were very different so I doubt you could claim what happened in the Republic as precedent.
