Hi all,

Would be grateful of some advice? Company incorporated on the 10th March 2021 , First ARD due 10th September 2021 second one due the 10th September 2022. I want to prepare financial accounts per the calender year so I am filling out a out B73 form. Do I change my ARD to December 2021 and attach accounts to the 31st December 2021?

Any advice much appreciated.
 
There is no need for you to change your annual return date as it's quite permissible to file accounts for the period from incorporation to 31 December 2021 with an annual return made up to 10 September 2022.

I would recommend that in the longer term you get advice or assistance from an accountant on all this because the rules are byzantine and the penalties for even inadvertently getting them wrong are grossly disproportionate.
